    • This workshop details the steps involved in qualifying for a loan. In addition to learning the terminology necessary in understanding the home loan process, we will also connect our clients with professionals in the industry so that they can learn how they fit into the home buying process. Along with our non-profit, these professionals will introduce our clients to the different programs that can help them with their down payment, closing cost and mortgage payments

    • This workshop is a crucial element of our homebuyers education program. Creating a successful budget is the foundation to the success of a property owner. This two-part course offers skills that will help our clients create a budget tha meet their financial needs as well as help them save for a home. We want our clients to understand that a budget is key in the overall financial security of their family. In addition, we help our clients understand the ins and outs of a credit report. Credit cannot be fixed overnight, but it can be repaired. We offer clients education about the importance of a credit report, credit score, and credit repair how to establish credit and how to maintain good credit.
