Kelly DearmanSF Urban CHC offers people hope, motivation and at the end of the day a home. This year we have counseled over 350 people. Over 40 people purchased homes this year. Over the past five years, all of our clients who purchased homes remain in their homes. We know our program works and leads to successful homeowners.

I am hoping that you will help SF Urban CHC sustain itself for the long haul. Here’s how your contribution helps us to do the real work that leads to long-term homeownership:

  • $25 – Coffee and snacks for a morning workshop
  • $50 – Provides flyers and marketing material for one month of workshops
  • $150 – Continues our outreach by paying for our website host for one year
  • $250 – Provides the educational materials and individual counseling for up to four families
  • $500 – Provides the educational materials and individual counseling for up to eight families
  • $1000- Pays for our monthly workshop series including materials, speakers and space
