Wanted to say many thanks for the work you and SF Urban do, helping first-time home buyers. I attended the mortgage workshop and had a one-on-one consultation with you last fall. At that time, I was looking to purchase a BMR unit, but thanks to your advice and referral to Yvonne Meyer at Wells Fargo, who in turn gave me a referral to a great realtor, was able to close on a regular condo in March. I bought a one bedroom at the Oceanview Village complex.

Again, thank you for helping what seemed like an impossible dream come true. I am attaching a few pictures of me in the new place.
